The AR9481 integrates Artosyn's self-developed third-generation ISP and fourth-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting high-quality video at 4K@60fps, and offers a computing power equivalent to 8 TOPS INT8. As a high-performance heterogeneous processing platform, the chip also incorporates a 4-core 64-bit CPU, a RISC-V MCU, a dedicated machine vision processor, and other components. It is suitable for applications such as robot vacuum cleaners and AR/VR devices.

The ARS45 integrates Artosyn's self-developed third-generation ISP and fourth-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting 4K@30fps video and offers a computing power equivalent to 6 TOPS INT8. The ARS45 is a same-die product as the AR9481, but utilizes a smaller package size of 8x10mm. This design meets users' demands for low-power and high-efficiency development for their applications. It is suitable for areas such as AR/VR devices.

The ARS31 integrates Artosyn's self-developed second-generation ISP and third-generation NPU. It is capable of outputting 5-megapixel (5M) video and offers a computing power of 2 TOPS.
